Summer Fair
The sun shone down making it a beautiful day for our Summer Fair last Saturday. There was a wide variety of stalls from tombolas to a chair carousel, with simple things like the Tin Can Alley throwing game being very popular. Certainly the children all seemed to be having a lovely time. The most popular drink on the day was without doubt the home made "lemon aid", although the Pimms and beer certainly disappeared! The Warlingham Pipe and Drum Band was another hit, with the children all marching behind in delight. We must also not forget the fabulous dancing display from The Talentz, who on the day seemed to have acquired a few new prancing adult members!

Thank you to all who came, as well as those who helped to look after stalls. The Friends of WPS were particular stars, as these affairs take a great deal to set up and organise. Well done everyone for making Saturday such a special day.

Close encounters of an animal kind at the fair.
