Congratulations WPS!
Gold Sing Up Award
We are the 2nd school in Surrey to gain this prestigious award.
Sing up Area Leader, Angela Mackenzie, is coming to WPS to present us with our fantastic award. (We will let you know when.) She gave the following feedback: “It’s been a pleasure to view, and listen to, the evidence you’ve submitted for your Gold Award. I particularly like the way you include parents and the wider community in your singing activities, and it was lovely to see the children enjoying themselves singing at the Albert Hall! Well done, you have a great singing school!” If you think WPS deserve to go for a PLATINUM Award, please nominate us.

Recording Stars:
The whole school’s singing is being recorded in the Sexton Hall
on Monday morning. Please make sure all children are in on time for their recording sessions. A CD will be available for sale in due course.

Voucher Collections:
We are collecting vouchers for the following schemes. Please use the collecting boxes by the playground door: Sainsbury’s Active Kids and Nestlé Box Tops for Books
Music Evening:
Friday 12th March 6:30pm. Keep your evening free. More details to follow soon.
Classes 6 and 7 present Bugsy Malone:
Thursday 18th and Friday 19th March. Evening performances are at 7pm.

Please could Class 1 have any unwanted pinafores for their spare clothing box.
