School Opening Hours
As a result of the recent severe weather, school will be closing at 3:30pm this week. This is a precaution against icy road conditions in the immediate area of the school.
The school bus run will resume on Monday, along with after school clubs and activities. The school website, www.warlinghamparkschool.com, will provide up to date information if there are any doubts over school opening.
Help Santa Christmas Appeal:
Despite the early closure of the school at the end of last term, we still managed to raise £250 for the Junior Diabetes Research Foundation. Thank you to all who contributed. Besides it was a great Geography lesson!
Mobile phones for Africa:
Thank you to all those parents who have donated unwanted phones. If you still have any that you no longer need or can use, they can be handed into the school office.
Wanted:
Christmas pudding bowls: Please give to Mrs. Moore.
Old/new desk diaries: Please give to Mrs. Moore.
Greeting cards: Any sort except Christmas cards. Please give to Mrs. Beddingham Class 1

Dance Lessons:
Welcome to our new dance teacher, Katie Cox, who has taken over lessons this term. She will be offering formal ballet lessons, street dance and modern dance sessions. The ‘taster’ session this Friday 15th January, has been cancelled. This will be rearranged in the near future.
School Calendars, just a few left!
£8.00, send your payment in an envelope marked Calendar with your child’s name and class written on it. Cheques made payable to WPS Parents’ Association. Calendars will be brought home by your child.
