Warlingham Park School Weekly Newsletter

Remembrance Sunday:
The Warlingham parade and service will take place on Sunday 8th November at The Green, starting shortly after 10:30 am.

Uniform: Blazers - A number of pupils are already proudly wearing the new blazer. These can be ordered from Dick Townley Sports in Sanderstead. It is hoped that all blazers will be available by the end of November.
Winter uniform to be worn after half term.
Reminder – Navy tights or long white socks.

Morrisons’ Garden Vouchers:
The scheme has now closed so can everyone make an effort to bring in those last few vouchers, please! The box is placed by the front entrance of the school.

Friends Noticeboard:
Some of the more observant parents would have spotted our new noticeboard on the wall at the back of the school. The Friends of WPS will endeavour to keep parents informed of everything that is going on at the school – so watch that space!

Warlingham Lantern Parade:
Warlingham Park School has once again been invited to attend the official turning on of the Christmas lights at Warlingham Green on Saturday 14th November. We have been asked to sing carols after the actual lights have been turned on and will be performing at 5:00pm. Also, this year, our Fife band will be marching and playing with the Warlingham Flute band. You may like to support this occasion.

Sing Up:
Sing Up were so impressed with our singing community, that we will soon be one of the few schools in the country to be presented with a Gold Award. An excellent achievement.
We are keen to work further and go for the highest award – Platinum. Well done WPS!
