Cookery Club for the infants starts on Thursday 26/4/2012 for 5 weeks.
Times: 3:30 - 4:45 pm
Parents are kindly asked to wait for the children in the library as distractions may cause accidents.
This week we cooked Pasta Bake
175g dried pasta
Cherry tomatoes
Grated cheese
Ham sliced
olives
Vegetable stock cube
Flour
Cook the pasta in boiling water then while its cooking chop the tomatoes into quarters and add the ham to a oven proof dish. Using the stock cube disolve in half a pint of boiling water mix, add about two table spoons of flour whisking all the time, the sauce should go to a thickish paste at this stage, add the cheese to taste. Add this to the cooked drained pasta and then mix the tomatoes and ham. Pop on the olives then in the oven for about 15 minutes. Serve with a salad.
